City-wide. Partner workshops cover all 12 boroughs Monday to Saturday, and courier pickup windows run from 8 am to 8 pm.
The workshop inspects the bike, photographs what it finds and sends a quote split into labour and parts. Nothing is touched until you accept it from your dashboard — and you can decline at no cost.
Pickup is insured end to end. If we damage your bike in transit we repair or replace it at our cost.
