Cookie policy

A short, practical guide to the cookies and similar technologies RadMoo uses, and how to control them. You can change your preferences at any time from this page.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies (local storage, session storage) to provide the same functionality. We refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” on this page.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required to operate the service — authentication, security, and remembering your cookie preferences. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional.Remember choices such as preferred shop or pickup address so you don’t have to re-enter them.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it. Only set with your consent.
  • Marketing. Used to deliver communications about RadMoo. Only set with your explicit consent. We do not run third-party ad networks.

3. Cookies we set

4. Third-party cookies

A small number of cookies are set by trusted partners we use to operate the service:

  • Stripe — for payment fraud prevention when you check out.
  • Google Analytics — to count page views and see which parts of the service get used. These load only if you turn analytics on; decline, and the script is never requested at all.
  • Google — only when you choose to sign in with Google.

5. How to manage your preferences

You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time using the button below. You can also manage cookies directly in your browser’s settings — see your browser’s documentation for the steps.

Refusing non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using RadMoo. Strictly-necessary cookies remain active because they’re required for authentication and security.

6. Changes to this policy

When we add or remove cookies we update this page and bump the consent version. If we materially change the cookies we set, we’ll ask you for consent again.
