Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RadMoo — the website, the rider dashboard, the SOS service, partner-shop tools, and any related communications. By creating an account or booking a repair, you agree to be bound by them.
Last updated · May 2026
1. Introduction
RadMoo (“we”, “us”, “RadMoo”) operates a bicycle repair coordination service in Berlin. We connect riders with vetted partner workshops, coordinate bookings, and provide QR-tracked status updates throughout the repair process.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RadMoo when you create an account, place a booking, or otherwise use our service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create a RadMoo account. You may register with an email address and password or through a supported single-sign-on provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering bikes, submitting bookings, and entering payment details. RadMoo may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3. The service
RadMoo coordinates repair work between riders and independent partner workshops. We are not the repair provider: workshops perform the actual repair work and bear professional responsibility for it. RadMoo handles intake, scheduling, and the digital tracking experience.
Service availability, turnaround targets, and appointment windows are best-effort estimates. We do our best to meet them but cannot guarantee specific timeframes for any individual repair.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed monthly unless an annual option is selected. Plan features (covered bikes, SOS allowance, turnaround target) are listed on the pricing page at the time of subscription and may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
5. One-time and SOS bookings
One-time and SOS bookings let you reserve a slot at a partner workshop without an active subscription and without registering a bike in your garage. SOS bookings are additionally flagged to the workshop as urgent.
During our Berlin pilot, booking a slot is free of charge. RadMoo charges nothing for the reservation itself. Parts and labor are quoted separately by the partner workshop and require your acceptance before any work begins.
Free bookings are subject to a fair-use allowance shown in your dashboard. We will give notice before introducing a booking fee.
5a. Drop-off and collection
Courier pickup and delivery is not currently operating. You bring your bike to the partner workshop at the agreed time and collect it once the repair is complete. References elsewhere to pickup or delivery describe a service we intend to launch, not one available today.
While your bike is at a partner workshop, that workshop is responsible for it. RadMoo coordinates the booking, status tracking, and communication.
6. Partner shops
Partner workshops are independent businesses contracted with RadMoo. They set their own labor rates and accept or decline incoming bookings at their discretion.
When a workshop sends you a quote, you may accept, decline, or cancel the booking. Workshop terms (warranty, guarantees) are determined by each shop and communicated through their quote and invoice.
7. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise RadMoo and Stripe to charge the card or payment method you supply for the amounts due.
Repair labor and parts are charged after you accept a workshop quote. Subscription fees recur according to your selected billing cycle. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are issued where required by EU consumer law or where RadMoo failed to deliver coordinated service.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking from your dashboard while it is in status pending or quoted. Once a workshop has approved and begun work, cancellations may incur partial labor charges based on time already spent.
You may hold one scheduled booking and one SOS booking at the same time. To start another of the same type, complete or cancel the current one.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to coordinate work on stolen or counterfeit goods.
- Misrepresent the condition of bikes submitted for repair.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten workshop staff.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
- Use RadMoo for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund of any subscription fees for the current period.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadMoo’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to RadMoo in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Workshops carry their own professional liability for the repair work they perform. Claims relating to a specific repair (workmanship, parts, damage during repair) should be raised with both RadMoo and the workshop concerned.
11. Changes
We may update these terms over time as our service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and through the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence.
